La Société canadienne des auteurs, compositeurs et éditeurs de musique (SOCAN) a nommé François Bourassa récipiendaire du Prix Hagood Hardy pour son travaille dans l’année 2010 dans la catégorie jazz. Les Prix ont été accordés lors du 22e Gala annuel à l’Hôtel Hyatt Regency Montréal. Le Prix  souligne l’excellence en musique jazz, instrumentale ou du monde.

SOCAN named François Bourassa as the recipient of the 2010 Hagood Hardy Award for Jazz during ceremonies at the 22nd annual Gala at the Montréal Hyatt Regency in November 2011. The award highlights excellence in jazz, instrumental and world music.
